City of Arcadia issued the following announcement on Dec 22.
Waste Management is delaying the pick-up of recycling bins in three Arcadia neighborhoods due to staffing issues related to COVID-19. Regular trash pick-up will occur on schedule; however, recycling pick-up will be delayed until Thursday, December 24, 2020. Residents in the affected areas are advised to leave their recycling bins curbside. Below are neighborhood maps and a partial list of streets where service is disrupted.
