On Sunday, March 30, former Sequoia High School standout Ainsley Waddell’s current college team, the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Cal Poly Mustangs.

The game took place at Campus Diamond. This was their third matchup against the Mustangs this season.

The Gauchos’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Campus Diamond against Long Beach State Beach.
