On Saturday, March 29, former Hillsdale High School standout Blake Cowans’ current college team, the UIC Flames, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place at Les Miller Field at Curtis Granderson Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Sycamores this season.

The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 5 p.m. at Les Miller Field at Curtis Granderson Stadium against Northwestern Wildcats.
