On Friday, March 28, former Carlmont High School standout Jack Vanoncini’s current college team, the San Jose State Spartans, lost 13-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Fresno State Bulldogs.
The game took place at Excite Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 2:05 p.m. at Excite Ballpark against Fresno State Bulldogs.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
These former San Mateo County area high school standouts will be competing during the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
