On Friday, March 28, former Hillsdale High School standout Hannah Levy’s current college team, the Chico State Wildcats, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes.
The game took place at Wildcat Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Coyotes this season.
The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 11 a.m. at Wildcat Softball Field against Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes.
In January 2025, Mecklenburg County Magistrate Teresa Stokes signed the release of DeCarlos Brown Jr., a repeat arrestee later accused of fatally stabbing Iryna Zarutska on Charlotte’s light-rail.
Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
These former San Mateo County area high school standouts will be competing during the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
