On Saturday, March 15, former Junipero Serra High School standouts Ian Armstrong and Sam Kretsch’s current college team, the Saint Mary’s Gaels, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Sacramento State Hornets.

The game took place at John Smith Field. This was their second matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Gaels’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 1 p.m. at John Smith Field against Sacramento State Hornets.
