On Sunday, March 30, former Carlmont High School standout Jack Vanoncini’s current college team, the San Jose State Spartans, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Fresno State Bulldogs.

The game took place at Excite Ballpark. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at Klein Family Field against Pacific Tigers.
