Ryan Lordier, an alumnus of Capuchino High School, took the field for the Manhattan Jaspers, who were narrowly defeated 4-3 by the Sacred Heart Pioneers in an NCAA Division I baseball matchup held at noon on Saturday, April 4.

The game was held at Clover Stadium and marked the third meeting between the teams this season, with both now tied in the season series.

Lordier contributed one hit from five at-bats along with two runs batted in.

The Jaspers will play again on Tuesday, April 7, facing off with the Fordham Rams at Houlihan Park.
