On Saturday, March 22, former Hillsdale High School standout Jackson Wood’s current college team, the San Francisco State Gators, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal State San Marcos Cougars.
The game took place at Maloney Field. This was their third matchup against the Cougars this season.
The Gators’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 11 a.m. at Maloney Field against Cal State San Marcos Cougars.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
These former San Mateo County area high school standouts will be competing during the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
