Census Bureau: More men than women in South San Jose Hills CDP in 2020

Of the 19,104 people living in South San Jose Hills CDP in 2020, 49.7 percent (9,486) were women and 50.3 percent (9,618) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Mateo Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 291. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,384 females and 933 males.
