Mullin, who has been serving in Congress since 2023 after succeeding Jackie Speier, is actively engaged in promoting voting initiatives and supporting fellow Democrats.

On October 30, 2024, Kevin Mullin emphasized the importance of voting by informing constituents about the availability of "Vote Centers & Ballot Drop Boxes" throughout San Mateo County and San Francisco.
