On Sunday, April 13, former Carlmont High School standout Gabriella Lee’s current college team, the Providence Friars, lost 16-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UConn Huskies.
The game took place at Glay Field. This was their third matchup against the Huskies this season.
The Friars’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 3 p.m. at Washington Nationals Youth Academy against Georgetown Hoyas.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
These former San Mateo County area high school standouts will be competing during the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
