On Sunday, March 23, former Burlingame High School standout Will Robbins’ current college team, the Princeton Tigers, won 8-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Dartmouth Big Green.
The game took place at Bill Clarke Field. This was their third matchup against the Big Green this season.
The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 3 p.m. at Bainton Field against Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
In January 2025, Mecklenburg County Magistrate Teresa Stokes signed the release of DeCarlos Brown Jr., a repeat arrestee later accused of fatally stabbing Iryna Zarutska on Charlotte’s light-rail.
Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
These former San Mateo County area high school standouts will be competing during the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
