Former Aragon High School star Ty Barrango contributed to Coastal Carolina’s 16-6 win over the James Madison Dukes in an NCAA Division I baseball game on Sunday, March 22, at 1 p.m.
Springs Brooks Stadium hosted the game, which marked the teams’ third meeting this season. The Chanticleers and Dukes have each won one game in their season series so far.
Barrango went three-for-four at the plate, scored two runs, drove in one RBI and stranded three baserunners.
Coastal Carolina’s upcoming game is set for Tuesday, March 24, at Doug Kingsmore Stadium against the Clemson Tigers.
